Justin proudly established his corporation, JM Hamilton and Associates, LLC, Dec 2011. He and his staff are committed to helping their clients find the best insurance value for their individual needs, whether that be personal or commercial protection.  Since those early days as a “one man show” in 2008, he has worked hard to build a premier agency within this region, which now includes 3 locations and multiple associates.  Justin is thankful for the opportunity to provide insurance to so many clients and looks forward to the future, providing quality solutions to everyone who is looking for a qualified agency with a hometown feel. 

Justin graduated from Clemson University with honors and a degree in Agricultural Economics a minor in Financial Management. While at Clemson, he met his sweetheart, Jill and they married in 2004.   They reside in Dilworth community of Charlotte with their twin daughters, Addison and Callie (5), and their dog Charlie.  When he’s not at the office, you can find him chasing a little white ball around a local golf course, enjoying the outdoors hunting or fishing or simply, cheering on his beloved Clemson Tigers.

From Beaufort, SC, Brett has lived in this area since 1986. He earned a business degree from Winthrop University in 1990 and has spent most of his career working as an insurance agent. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Brett depends on maintaining long term relationships with his clients in order to make his business successful, and that is why he will take the time to get to know your specific needs!

Grant joins our commercial lines team from a High Street Insurance Partners agency in Memphis, TN. Grant brings years of both personal lines, as well as commercial lines experience in sales and service. He is licensed in NC, SC, GA, and TN. Grant and his family are very excited to be back in the Charlotte area surrounded by lots of family!

Linda joined JM Hamilton & Associates in March 2023.  She began her insurance career in 2007 and is licensed to write Property and Casualty in both North and South Carolina.  Linda enjoys helping people making sure they are properly insured.  In her free time, she teaches (ESL) English as a Second language and Sunday School at Hickory Grove Baptist Church. Linda enjoys spending time with her 6 grandchildren.

A proud Charlotte area native, Allison entered the insurance industry in 2016. Since being licensed, her focus has been helping clients understand their policies and ensuring they protect their greatest investments. She’s proud to serve both North and South Carolina for personal insurance needs, specializing in High Value home coverage. Outside of the office Allison enjoys reading, crafting, trying new recipes or watching a baseball game! 

Leron joined JM Hamilton Insurance group in August 2023.  Leron has 12 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance sales and service in the Carolinas. He enjoys assisting clients to make sure coverages align with current needs along with looking into possible future needs.  Outside of work, Leron enjoys watching sports, traveling and exercise.

Nancy joined J.M. Hamilton & Associates in February of 2022.  She is licensed in Property and Casualty in North Carolina and obtained her API designation in 2003. Nancy enjoys talking with clients and helping to resolve any problems they may be experiencing.  In her free time, she is an avid reader and likes to spend time with her family.
