Justin proudly established his corporation, JM Hamilton and Associates, LLC, Dec 2011. He and his staff are committed to helping their clients find the best insurance value for their individual needs, whether that be personal or commercial protection.  Since those early days as a “one man show” in 2008, he has worked hard to build a premier agency within this region, which now includes 3 locations and multiple associates.  Justin is thankful for the opportunity to provide insurance to so many clients and looks forward to the future, providing quality solutions to everyone who is looking for a qualified agency with a hometown feel. 

Justin graduated from Clemson University with honors and a degree in Agricultural Economics a minor in Financial Management. While at Clemson, he met his sweetheart, Jill and they married in 2004.   They reside in Dilworth community of Charlotte with their twin daughters, Addison and Callie (5), and their dog Charlie.  When he’s not at the office, you can find him chasing a little white ball around a local golf course, enjoying the outdoors hunting or fishing or simply, cheering on his beloved Clemson Tigers.

Anna Sweat is the Personal Lines Sales Manager with J M Hamilton & Associates LLC.  She has 18 years of experience in the insurance industry and is committed to helping clients find the best insurance value for their individual needs through our various carriers.  

A North Carolina native, Anna grew up in Cherryville NC where she began her insurance career in 2003 before transferring to the David Bradshaw Agency in Charlotte. She worked closely with David for 14 years until his retirement and is now a part of the J M Hamilton team.  Working and residing in the Dilworth community, she fell in love with the neighborhood and is happy to call it home.

Anna enjoys hiking and being outdoors in the NC and TN mountains and taking care of her two cats, Beatrice and Winnie.

From Beaufort, SC, Brett has lived in this area since 1986. He earned a business degree from Winthrop University in 1990 and has spent most of his career working as an insurance agent. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Brett depends on maintaining long term relationships with his clients in order to make his business successful, and that is why he will take the time to get to know your specific needs!
